Fix360 is a Your Housing Group company, formed in October 2017 to independently service the Group’s properties across the North West of England. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Planned Works Contract Manager to join our fast growing, dynamic team.

As a Planned Works Contract Manager, you will be familiar with mobilising and managing a wide range of planned work contracts and successfully delivering them through directly employed teams and external subcontractors. 

This will include performance monitoring and ensuring full compliance with Principal Contactor duties under Construction (Design & Management) Regulations, therefore you will have significant working knowledge of CDM and Health & Safety regulations.

A demonstrable track record of leading and delivering planned work contracts within a social housing context

• The ability to optimise the day-to-day operation of the contract maximising both productivity and quality, whilst providing recommendations for continued improvement.

• Strong experience of motivating and developing a team.
