Your Housing Group has a great opportunity for a Retirement Living Service (RLS) Night Supervisor based at Kingswood, Chester.
As the scheme is staffed 24 hours a day and provides a low to medium support service, working alone, the RLS Night Supervisor ensures the building and its residents are safe and secure outside of normal office hours.
The Night Supervisor works an average of 25.67 hours per week on a 3 week rolling rota - working 11 hour shifts (10pm-9am) 2 nights per week for 2 weeks and then the 3rd week working (10pm-9am) for 3 nights.
You will be responsible for the overnight security and maintenance checks of the scheme in addition to communal cleaning of the building overnight, respond to any emergencies, patrolling internally / externally as required, Health & Safety inspections, monitoring of the Fire Alarm, CCTV and door entry system escalating/reporting faults to the contractors.
To be successful in this role it's a given you will have excellent communication skills and previous experience of working within security, ensuring a safer place to live through reporting any maintenance issues, confident to deal with residents’ queries, visitors and other agencies that work within within the Scheme.

This role is eligible for a Basic DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (i.e. it involves certain activities in relation to children and/or adults).
