Salary Banding: £19,190 - £23,990

Contract Duration: 1 x Permanent and 1 x 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Hours (weekly): 35 (Monday to Friday)

Your Housing Group has two exciting opportunities for a Lettings Agent in our newly created Central Lettings Team, based at its modern Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington.  One role is permanent and the other is for 12 month’s fixed term contract.

As a Lettings Agent, you will focus to efficiently re-let our empty homes (voids) and provide our new customers with an excellent customer focused onboarding service.

You will be performance driven, managing your own workload to meet targets. You will naturally excel in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external partners.

As a Lettings Agent, you’ll be confident using different software and systems to support our customers in applying for a property, accurately recording and managing the voids and lettings process.

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
