Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join our Central Lettings Team, based at our modern Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington.

As a Lettings Administrator, you’ll be part of a small team ensuring we meet our performance targets, using your excellent organisational skills to effectively prioritise tasks to meet these targets.

Thriving on a ‘right first-time’ approach, you’ll be a strong administrator, with a flair for attention to detail as you process housing applications, ensuring applicants are within the correct banding to meet their housing need.

As a Lettings Administrator, you will provide a ‘first class’ service to customers, giving advice and guidance to housing applicants on our choice based lettings schemes, with responsibility for liaising with customers regarding changes to tenancy, successions and mutual exchanges.

You will have solid experience of using Word, Excel, Outlook etc. preferably with working knowledge of the Orchard Housing system, although this isn’t essential.

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
