This is a fantastic opportunity to join Your Housing Group during a period of significant change in our business model to ensure it is commercially viable and new ways of working are embedded, to ensure a commercially driven operating model.
This is a newly created role where you will be responsible for supporting the Property Services Team through providing operational support to the project delivery teams, adaptations team, provision of a help desk for reinvestment and adaptations and the management of the organisation’s Investment Programme systems and data.
You will have a track record of delivering customer focused services within a property investment environment. You will have demonstrable experience/knowledge of customer management, data management and a good understanding of property investment.
You will be educated to GCSE/HNC Level standard or equivalent, and/or relevant housing/customer qualification or experience.
