Salary Banding:            £40,000-£50,250

Job Location:                Warrington

Contract Duration:      1 x Permanent and 1 x  Contract up to 12 months

Hours (weekly):  35

Your Housing Group has two exciting Business Partner opportunities within our ICT (Information, Communications & Technology) Service Delivery team, based at our modern Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 6ZN).

We have a permanent ICT Business Partner role and another opportunity for up to 12 months, however there’s a strong possibility that we will grow our ICT Business Partner team and this will also become permanent.

As an ICT Business Partner, you will be working with a passionate and dedicated team, delivering a high-quality technology experience to both internal and external customers.

You will be responsible for understanding and supporting business users’ needs in the development and implementation of relevant ICT solutions. promoting ICT services and capabilities.  You will be the Business Partner and relationship manager between ICT and the business, providing support to the Service Management Team.

You will identify business needs and requirements for ICT Services, recommending technology opportunities and innovations to support business improvements, further developing the ICT Service Catalogue.

As an ICT Business Partner, you will develop Service Improvement Plans and drive service improvement initiatives and support Problem Management in the identification and resolution of service affecting problems.  Therefore, solid knowledge of ITIL v3 lifecycle is essential.

In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
