Job Title: Housekeeper

Salary: £9 per hour 

Job Location:  Verve Place, Warrington

Contract Duration:  Permanent

Hours (weekly): 35hrs per week (Mon-Fri)

Your Housing Group has a fabulous opportunity for a Housekeeper who is passionate about supporting vulnerable young people.

Verve Place is a supported housing project for 38 young people aged 16-25 and offers them the opportunity to make progress in their lives, to build resilience and meet their aspirations.

We are keen to recruit a housekeeper to join our highly-engaged team and provide a professional and reliable cleaning service within the scheme.

As Verve Place’s Housekeeper, you will carry out a range of cleaning duties to all internal and external areas of the building, ensuring that void flats are cleaned to a high standard and ready for letting. Maintaining high scheme standards, reporting any potential health and safety hazards around the building that could cause injury and preserve the security of the scheme.
