Your Housing Group are currently undertaking a major digital transformation program and are implementing a range of new technologies to enable a strategic channel shift utilising the latest best of breed technologies and services.

There is so much happening within our ICT Division currently, it’s an exciting time to join us. Due to this, we are now looking for an innovative and creative Head of Testing to join the business to develop testing strategies for both AGILE and Automated Test environments for the Group.

As Head of Testing, you will Design, implement and drive our testing function within ICT and work in close partnership with the Business Change &Transformation division on more environmental and infrastructure-based testing. You will establish the test policies and the framework for the Group to evolve a test function that is flexible and resilient while providing a service delivery focused culture. As Head of Testing, you will have full autonomy of the management and scheduling of test systems on all projects, programmes of work and operational changes throughout the Group.

As part of the Test Strategy the Head of Testing will lead on driving a testing culture that has a strong commercial focus, identifying risks, whilst building relationships with key stakeholders across the Group. 

To be successful as Head of Testing, it’s a given that you will have previous experience of developing a test function along with excellent influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills.

In return we offer a generous package comprising of a salary of £48,000 – 60,300 plus car allowance of 9/10% - Contributory pension (matched to 8%), Private medical insurance (BUPA), Health benefits cash scheme, 26 days holiday, plus all bank holidays and AGILE working.
