Salary Banding:             £32,000-£39,750

Contract Duration:         Fixed Term Contract for up to 12 months

Hours (weekly):              35 (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR function, who has substantial experience providing advice and support, with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to gain respect and the confidence of both employees and managers. It is important to know that whilst we have been through a significant period of change, there’s no doubt there is more to come.

You will bring experience of business change, TUPE, Employee relations, working with Unions, along with exceptional business partnering skills.  Whilst this will be beneficial to us, equally important is an appetite to be more widely involved in our cultural change programme.

The HR function is changing, our policies and process’s will change and the way we deliver our service will become more and more digital. Currently, it’s a 12 month fixed term contract, but who knows what the future may bring? Whilst the function is developing, so will you!
