Are you a commercially-focused Accountant with experience in financial planning and analysis? Are you looking for a brand-new opportunity that you can develop and shape as your own?

Your Housing Group has recently restructured its Finance Team and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join as an FP&A Analyst, based at our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington.   

In the newly created FP&A Analyst role, you will be maintaining and enhancing our 10 year business plan model (which helps inform our 30 year financial plan) whilst ensuring robust shorter term budgeting and forecasting processes are embedded. 

You will also take the lead on ensuring the management information produced by the wider department provides both KPIs and analytical insights, which assists the wider business in understanding the drivers of both current and future business performance.

To be a successful FP&A Analyst, you will be commercially minded with a proven track record of excellence in your ability to articulate and present complex information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.  It’s a given, you will have a excellent technical and analytical skills, with experience of using excel to an advanced level on a daily basis.
