Job Title:                      Finance Income Team Leader

Salary Banding:           £28,000 to £32,000

Hours (weekly):           35 (Monday to Friday)

Are you an ambitious Finance professional with transactional finance experience?

Your Housing Group has an exciting new opportunity for a Finance Income Team Leader, based at our modern Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington.

As the Finance Income Team Leader, you will manage a team of Finance Income Assistants responsible for the processing and financial control of the Groups rental, service charge and sales income.

Working as part of a medium sized finance team, you will manage a small team of assistants to deliver Income processing, Bad Debt Provision, key reconciliations, and interface reconciliation/management.

It is essential you have previous financial transaction experience to effectively deliver the accurate processing of the Groups income.
