Salary:  £19,200 - £24,120 per annum, plus excellent benefits

Location:  Birchwood, Warrington

Duration:  Permanent

Hours:  35 per week, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Tier:  6A

Would you like the opportunity to be part of new Compliance & Facilities Agent Team and deliver a first class service efficient service to the business?

Following a recent restructure, we are looking for a self-motivated, confident team player, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, to ensure that Your Housing Ltd remains 100% compliant across Cheshire by the delivery of holistic services including communal inspections, low level maintenance in communal areas and being reactive to the daily needs of the business.

In this role, you will ensure that the company remains 100% compliant with health & safety regulations in all communal areas by arranging for the removal of hazards, reporting repairs, carrying out block inspections including fire alarm testing, emergency lighting testing and taking corrective actions from Fire Risk Assessments and carrying out site visits relating to gas compliance.

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have previous experience of lone working in a similar role, with good ICT skills in order to use the mobile devices essential to carrying out your duties.  You will have excellent communication skills to enable you to take ownership and/or escalate customer queries that you may receive whilst carrying out inspections.  You will be provided with a company van to carry out your duties over the full area covered by the Greater Manchester North team, therefore you must hold a full UK driving licence.
