Fix360 is a Your Housing Group company, formed in October 2017 to independently service the Group’s properties across the North West of England. As a commercial contractor, we aim to provide the best service to our customers, using the most up to date digital solutions.  YHG has over 28,000 homes across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands. The business also has a large portfolio of retirement living developments and an innovative private rental offer in Nuvu.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for two Clearance and Cleaning Operatives to join our vacant home refurbishment team based in Staffordshire.

In the role you will be performing  property clearance work and low maintenance gardening works to specifically identified Your Housing Group owned properties to an agreed specification and timescale.

Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential if you are passionate about going the extra mile to ensure exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service.

All tools and equipment required to perform the role will be provided along with PPE and uniform.

Although not essential, ideally you will have experience working within the social housing sector and have…

• Full UK Driving License
• Knowledge of the Environmental cleaning sectors and industry best practice
• Basic health and safety knowledge in a repairs environment
• Experience of delivering services in a customer care environment
