Salary Banding: £11,730

Job Location: Chester

Contract Duration:  Permanent

Hours (weekly): 24 hours on a 2 week rolling rota (including weekends and Bank Holidays)

Your Housing Group has an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Living Services (RLS) Administrator based at their Retirement Living Scheme, Abbots Wood, Chester, CH2 2FE

You will provide front of house services at the Scheme, working as part of a small team to support the Scheme Manager to meet performance targets.

As RLS Administrator, it’s a given you will have good knowledge of IT systems and excellent organisational skills, being able to prioritise and organise your own workload. You will also have excellent communication skills to be able to work with members of the public, particularly older people in an empathetic manner.

The hours for the RLS Administrator role are 24 hours per week over a 2-week rota:

Week 1: Mon 8am till 5pm, Tue 8am till 5pm, Fri 8am till 5pm Sat 10am-2pm, Sun 10am- 2pm

Week 2: Wed 8am till 5pm, Thurs 8am till 5pm

If you:

  • are a real people person, enjoy being customer facing and be the first port of call for queries
  • have great customer service and communication skills
  • are super organised and can prioritise a busy workload
  • have solid experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
