Are you an ambitious Finance Professional with transactional finance experience?
Your Housing Group has an exciting new opportunity for an Accounts Payable Assistant, based at our modern Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington.
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will….
- assist with delivering efficient and accurate processing of all invoices received by the Group
- undertake the preparation of payment runs, dealing with supplier queries
- ensure supplier statement reconciliations are completed to agreed service levels
- utilise your excellent communication skills to establish solid working relationships with stakeholders, delivering a service the business can rely upon.
It’s a given you will be confident and competent using Microsoft packages (especially Excel), with a solid experience working as part of a finance department within a large organisation. As an Accounts Payable assistant, naturally, you’ll have previous experience of transactional finance processes.
In addition to the above you will embrace the culture of continuous improvement to support Value for Money throughout the organisation and have a passion for doing things right first time.
