Hours (weekly): 35 (Monday to Friday)

Your Housing Group has a fantastic opportunity for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst, to support the ICT Technical Service Desk Team by providing 1st line, telephone and desk-based technical support to our internal customers.
As a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst, you will be a single point of contact for all ICT related issues and will be responsible for giving advice and assistance and performing 1st line fixes on incidents, when possible and escalating those unable to resolve to 2nd line Service Desk Analysts, as required.
Customers are at the heart of our support function and you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service, doing all you can to support the team to adhere to its Service Level Agreements. As a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst, you will be enthusiastic, passionate and have an interest in developing a career in ICT and the desire to build skills, knowledge and gain experience for the future.
As a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst, you will be deadline driven, with previous experience of 1st line support in a VMware and Citrix environment with Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, Active Director and Microsoft Exchange experience. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong listening and questioning skills to ensure accurate information is fully recorded.
